Student Led Diversity and Inclusion Awareness Group

Dear students,

As part of our commitment towards diversity and inclusion, we intend to create a series of discussion groups with students. The intention is for them to have a safe space to discuss and raise awareness of the diversity of the school and local community.

The first focus of the group will be on Black History and will be coordinated by Mr Tobias. This will also involve resourcing for our newly designed Black History provision which aims to now be refocused mainly throughout the year through the curriculum in all departments. 

This group aims to be inclusive for all students who are willing to participate. The only criterion for joining is showing an interest in engaging in respectful dialogue and helping us to create, evaluate and raise awareness of diversity.
