Bank of America Partnership with Highams Park School

Inspire Aspire and the  Business and Economics Department are very happy to announce a new partnership with the Bank of America, Merill Lynch.  Commencing in January  2022 for 7 weeks, Year 12 students participated in a pilot online mentoring scheme with workplace volunteers.  Topics covered included:

Importance of education & career planning 

Importance of networking & extra curricular 

How to overcome socioeconomic barriers 

Skills needed to work in the financial industry 

Career routes/Recommended University courses.
