Inspire Aspire Year 12 Virtual Careers Insight Session 2 - Thursday 02 July 2020 

On Wednesday 01 July 2020, Year 12 were offered an advantageous  opportunity to participate in an hour long careers insight with workplace volunteers from the Sales and Trading Division of Bank and America.   

Some of the topics discussed included:

• Adapting to change - working from home COVID and connecting to colleagues internationally.
• The scope and range of varied careers available within the bank.
• The importance of teamwork and having strong interpersonal skills
• Self belief - not being afraid to fail and try again.
• Working hard to achieve goals.
• Embracing the diversity of skills and backgrounds of colleagues within the bank.

Thank you Victoria Lawrence from Inspiring the Future for offering this motivational experience to our students. Well done to our participating students who remained engaged throughout the session, offering insightful questions.
