Wright's Baking - Bread making with Year 8's 5/11/19

Highams Park School was offered a wonderful opportunity to make bread with Wright's  CIABATTA BREAD MIX? The students are 12-13 years old and made  CIABATTA bread mix up with added extras (pumpkin, sunflower and poppy seeds or sundried tomatoes & herbs) as the photos show.

Wrights Bread have given us some of their amazing bread mix and we have made some tasty bread.
