A great time was had today in the Highams Park Cookery Department.
The students were excellent, polite and helpful. The day started with the mini Chefs creating delicious chocolate chip cookies for break time.
Each student then cooked a huge pizza choosing a rolled semolina crust or classic thin and crispy with choice of vegetarian toppings (and chilli for those liking a little kick!)
Our chefs also made spicy chicken meatballs as a side and the lovely Julie in the canteen made a salad so they could eat this with the staff for lunch.
Well done to Mrs Butt for organising such a wonderful day.
