“Today we made Chocolate
Cornflake Cakes to go down memory lane of cooking at home and when at primary
school. I thought this would be an easy afternoon... but oh no! Melting chocolate was a lot harder for the students than I expected!
We had a few
burnt pans but managed to save the treats and they all got eaten before leaving
school that afternoon.
The Lemon Drizzle Cake was much more successful
and students got to take this home to their families....So lots of smiley faces as
they left!"
