Arbor Parent Portal
The Arbor Parent Portal can be used by parents to:
• View your child's timetable.
• View attendance.
• View a simple list of positive and negative behaviour incidents.
• Update key information such as home address, emails, telephone numbers, medical information etc. without having to write to the school.
• Complete consents, rather than having to send in signed documents to school.
• Complete purchases from the school for school visits, uniform items (ties and badges), books, music lessons and other items.
• Keep your child's canteen account topped up with funds.
• See exam timetables (internal and external)
• View current and all future school reports.
The Parent Portal is your central ‘hub’ for pastoral information, whilst Firefly remains the key online presence for academic information for students.
To log in to the Arbor Parent Portal, you either download the App by searching for 'Arbor' in the App store / Google Play store, or you go to https://highamspark.uk.arbor.sc/?/home-ui/index on any browser and click 'first time logging in?' - follow the instructions and then double check 'spam' and 'junk' folders too if you don't receive further communication.
If you have trouble logging into the App, please try the website version first as the 'first time logging in process' may work more easily online. If you plan to use the website version long-term, then please bookmark the webpage for easy future access.
Please note that we do not use all the features of the Parent Portal at this time, so for example, please also ignore any ‘Notices’ on the App for now.
