ORBYTS 2021-22: Planetary formation

Congratulations to our 6 A level physics students who gave a fantastic presentation at UCL at the end of their ORBYTS research into planet formation around stars.

Despite some of them doing real A level maths exams in the last few weeks, they worked together to produce and practice a fantastic presentation. Talking in front of 100s of other school students and many UCL professors and academics, they did a thoroughly professional job.

Thank you and well done to Daniel, Huzaifah, Eli, Sumyat, Maggie and Nathaniel. You did the school proud with a great presentation that was commented on by one UCL academic as "definitely the best of the conference".

Thanks also to Luke, their UCL mentor who has guided them all the way through the process.

We look forward to continuing ORBYTS with Year 12 physicists again next year.
