Exam Certificates - Summer 2024
Exam boards will deliver the exam certificates to us in late November and will be ready for collection from January 2025. We will write and email when they are ready.
Highams Park School is only obliged to keep your exam certificates for a period of one year after issue. If you do not collect your certificates within this time they will be destroyed and can only be replaced by direct application to the appropriate examination boards. This will require proof of identity (such as a birth certificate) and a substantial fee per examination board. This could amount to over £200 and can take a while to reproduce.
It is important that these are collected as it is likely these exam certificates will be required by any future employer.
For A Level Students, in previous years we have held an informal presentation evening in January* for students to collect their certificates. So we can stay in touch with you and let you know further information, we would remind students to complete our destinations form on Firefly, found here.
For GCSE Certificates:-
- If you progress to Highams Park School's 6th Form, your certificates will be retained with the Exams Office.
- If you have moved on to a new destination we will write and email to confirm your certificates are ready for collection.
Should you have any queries regarding exam certificates, please email the Exams Office - exams@highamsparkschool.co.uk
