Shakespeare Schools Festival Information

Shakespeare Schools Festival is the UK's largest youth drama festival, offering our students the opportunity to perform a Shakespeare play, alongside other schools, on their local professional stage.

Our school is giving the opportunity for students from year 9 to 13 to work in collaboration as an ensemble to present the performance of Macbeth.

Key things to note:

• Macbeth will be performed at Arts Depot, Finchley on Friday 27^th November.
• Highams Park School will allocate a certain amount of tickets, which will be sold through the finance office at school. This is a first come first served basis (and we will inform you when they are available).
• However, tickets are also available to purchase direct from Arts Depot.
• Due to contract restrictions we are unable to perform Macbeth in school until one month after the event.
• We will organise a Shakespeare’s event in school during the Spring term in order for the show to be performed again, we expect all of the cast to get involved.
