Afternoon Tea

Year 7's Prepared, cooked and served a delicious traditional afternoon tea. 

They prepared:

  • cucumber sandwiches,
  • egg mayonnaise and cress triangles,
  • sausage rolls,
  • three cheese, caramelized onion quiche,
  • classic Victoria sponge with fresh cream,
  • chocolate ganache,
  • scones whipped cream and jam,
  • Blueberry macarons.

After their hard work they could also eat it too!
