Afternoon Tea
Year 7's Prepared, cooked and served a delicious traditional afternoon tea.
They prepared:
- cucumber sandwiches,
- egg mayonnaise and cress triangles,
- sausage rolls,
- three cheese, caramelized onion quiche,
- classic Victoria sponge with fresh cream,
- chocolate ganache,
- scones whipped cream and jam,
- Blueberry macarons.
After their hard work they could also eat it too!
