Screening at the French Institute 15 Nov 19

On Friday, AS and AL students went to Ciné Lumière, the cinema in the French institute in South Kensington.

They attended the screening of the Documentary 'Delphine & Carole', followed by a Q&A session with the director, Callisto McNulty.

French filmmaker Callisto Mc Nulty is the granddaughter of Swiss-French video pioneer and feminist Carole Roussopoulos, best known for her subversive, militant, and uniquely clever and funny video works that she made in collaboration with the great French New Wave actress Delphine Seyrig.

Mc Nulty's archive-footage documentary Delphine and Carole explores the work and times of these two singular, key figures of the French 'New Wave' cinema movement.
