Time to Talk Day

Mental health is never easy to talk about, but we know that having conversations can have a positive impact.

This Thursday (1st February) is Time to Talk Day, and we are encouraging everyone to take the time to find a safe space and have a conversation about mental health.

Please feel free to use the resources below to help support the Time to Talk initiative.

Members of the Pastoral team will also be available to speak to students if they need us.
