Highams Park Debating Club success - 5 February 2020

The Highams Park year 7 and 8 Debate team were victorious in the second round of the Junior Debate league. They participated in 2 debates and won both. The Event was held at Highams Park school on the 5th February. The First debate was 'This house would ban the monarchy once the Queen dies' and the second one was 'This house would ban smart phones for under 16 year olds.' Highams Park will now go through to the 3rd round at Britton's Academy in March.If they win this round they will go through to the finals held at Godolphin and Latymer School in Hammersmith.
